Lynnwood Bibbens is a serial entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of ReachTV. As CEO, Bibbens has taken a leadership role in identifying new markets and opportunities for the ReachTV Network, resulting in the Company's seminal sales, distribution and partnership deals with world-class traditional and digital media and technology powerhouses. Along with Partner and Co-Founder Ron Bloom, Bibbens helps to chart the Company's direction and growth from a national to international network with a reach of over 100 Million viewers on the go.
Prior to ReachTV, Lynnwood developed solutions for the Media and Entertainment industry, integrating multiple dynamic content platforms that use proprietary technology that enabled top tier brands to better understand their clients. He has teamed up with syndication partners AOL, Yahoo, Google, Roku, Opera, XBox, Dish, Comcast, Verizon, and Amazon. He has produced both daily and episodic Television focused on Entertainment, Sports, and News.
Earlier in his career Bibbens founded and sold several technology and e-commerce companies focused on computers and consumer electronics with combined Revenues eclipsing $2 Billion. He has the ability to foresee the needs of Manufacturers, Distributors, Brands, and Consumers and as such has formed long term relationships with corporations such as Samsung, CBS, Toshiba, Verizon, Vizio, Amazon, and Comcast to name a few. Lynnwood also sits on the board of several companies; Atlys, GI Film Festival, Voyant and The Invictus Firm.
Ron Bloom is the visionary media and technology entrepreneur and co-founder of ReachTV, the new global entertainment network that connects the screens you pass every day with the screen in the palm of your hand. Bloom was the architect of the Company’s distribution platform, production studio and delivery systems and presides over the ReachTV's growing lineup of original content, production and programming. Under the leadership of co-founders Bibbens and Bloom, ReachTV is bringing together programming from multiple networks and top producers, content produced in ReachTV Studios, as well as landmark distribution deals and business partnerships that have driven ReachTV's reach to over 100 million viewers every month by the end of 2016 and rolling out globally to millions more in 2017.
Most recently Ron Bloom was the founder and CEO of BiteSizeTV, where he designed and built the first vertically integrated digital/television studio on the ground floor of the W Hotel on the corner of Hollywood and Vine. He developed the company’s unique content platform and produced a broad range of “digital for television” programming. Additionally, Bloom was the creator and Executive Producer of Hollywood Today Live, the first “born digital” show to become a daily one-hour show on a major television network. HTL debuted in the summer of 2014 and was picked up by FOXTV for its second season in 2015. Inn 2014 Mr. Bloom architected a transaction, selling the company to Lin Media which itself merged with Media General (NYSE: MEG), a multi billion dollar public company.
Bloom has always been at the center of media and technology, co-founding one of the first internet media companies, Think New Ideas, in 1994 and taking it public in1996, building it to one of the largest in its sector, with over 1,000 employees and a who’s who list of brand clients before selling it in 1999. At Think he pioneered the digital entertainment space with the first live “cybercast” of the Grammy Awards in 1995. After selling Think, he has gone on to successfully build multiple companies and brands across the new media space, in the process working with some of the largest consumer and entertainment brands ranging from Anheuser Busch to IBM, helping them develop internet strategies and build global products.
Through his Ron Bloom Group, Bloom continues to invest in new technologies, produce programming and advise other companies on opportunities around the convergence of media and technology. Bloom is an accomplished musician and songwriter. He continues to perform and write, composing the theme for Hollywood Today Live.
IT Professional, Business Leader, Innovator. Mr. Banks is a serial entrepreneur and inventor. He has worked with retail, food, beverage and technology brands across the various markets including airport concessions, military and education markets, and quickly developed the airport growth strategy for ReachTV.
Dave began his Hollywood career editing music videos, documentaries, and national campaigns for Adidas, FOX, Quaker State, Budweiser, Honda, E3, and the NFL. He quickly moved into the Producer’s role with the Indie comedies Totally Baked and Venus & Vegas, the spiritual odyssey Discover the Gift, and finally to Directing with the hard-hitting Prosecution of An American President, based on the NY Times bestseller.
In 2012 he joined Ron Bloom’s upstart BiteSizeTV where he helped launch the hit FOX show Hollywood Today Live, co-producing and editing over 200 episodes. He went on to Produce Building BiteSize, Kamikaze Paparazzi, and Our Green House, always innovating and refining short form production methods.
After spending 2016 writing and co-producing indie features like The Return, Sunflower and Big Muddy, Dave again teamed up with long-time collaborator Bloom, this time as VP of Production for ReachTV, where he looks forward to delivering an entertainment experience unlike anything seen before.
Mr. Dave Matera is a Co-Founder of PITCH, Inc. and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Matera possesses 26 years’ worth of experience in the OOH industry and is responsible for developing business opportunities for PITCH, forging influential relationships with vendors and clients alike. Additionally, recognizing the growth potential of Digital Out-of-Home media, in 2007, he co-founded Digital Hive (or D-Hive), a company designed to provide expert consulting, media planning and buying solutions specifically for DOOH media. Mr. Matera is actively developing industry-wide best practices for the emerging domain of Digital Out-of-Home. Proud of the focus and drive gained from completing four years of service in the Air Force, Mr. Matera’s introduction to OOH was through sales. As a National Sales Account Executive at CBS Outdoor for 14 years, he earned its largest sales figures until he left to start PITCH in 2001. He owned San Francisco magazine when he was only 24 years old. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Provision Holding, Inc. He serves on the advisory board of both DPAA and DSE. He also holds positions on the Board of Directors for two non-profits: the Starlight Foundation and Blue Ocean Film Festival. Mr. Matera attended the University of Maryland.
David Yacullo is the Chief Revenue Officer of Holt Media Companies based in New York City. HMC is a media holding company comprised of Out of Home specialists, digital OOH networks, and capital and advisory services. Dave’s primary role is the oversight and strategic development of all sales and revenue activities within the HMC network.
Prior to joining Holt, Dave founded Outdoor Media Group (OMG) and was acquired by Omnicom. Dave expanded the company to include Outdoor Media Alliance (OMA) and Outdoor Imaging (OI), a full service production division. He further expanded the company to include [d] Theory, a separate division established to provide strategic insight to digital mediums and digital OOH solutions.
Dave started his career in 1989 as an Assistant Account Executive with Interpublic’s Out of Home division; Outdoor Services Inc. (OSI). In his 12 year tenure with OSI, Dave resided in Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles, while working to enlarge the company’s footprint across the US. In 1998 he moved to New York, where he was named President.
Dave is active in industry initiatives and sits on the Advisory Boards for Access Sports, Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc. and ReachTV.
